I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating childhood trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use challenges, and recovery from narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, understand your patterns, and begin healing.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by the lasting effects of early life experiences, family dysfunction, difficult relationships, or a loved one’s substance use. Together, we work to process those experiences and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
My approach integrates EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), and somatic-informed therapy to help you heal both emotionally and physically from trauma. These evidence-based approaches allow us to address the root of painful experiences while helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself.
