Who we are

Hi, I’m Krystal Gurulé, an Addiction Counselor Candidate and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. I work with adults and teens facing addiction, trauma, PTSD, and other life challenges, providing a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.

I’m passionate about mental health and supporting people on their recovery journeys. I believe real growth comes from understanding yourself and your patterns, and I strive to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

In our work together, I draw on a mix of approaches, including psychodynamic and person-centered techniques, EMDR, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. This helps us explore both past experiences and present challenges while building practical ways to feel more grounded and aware.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Behavioral Health with an emphasis in Addiction Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a focus on Trauma Studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone—I’m here to help you discover new ways to cope, grow, and move forward with more confidence.
