Who we are

Hi, I’m Krystal Gurule, an Addiction Counselor Candidate and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC). I specialize in supporting adults through the challenges of addiction, trauma, and PTSD, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space for healing.

I’ve always had a deep passion for mental health and a heartfelt commitment to helping others on their recovery journey. I believe healing happens through authentic connection, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered—no matter where you are in your process.

My therapeutic approach blends EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and a person-centered foundation, allowing us to explore both the past and present at your pace. Whether you're working through substance use, unresolved trauma, or emotional patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and clarity.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Behavioral Health with an emphasis in Addiction Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Trauma Studies—both from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

You are not alone—and you don’t have to carry your pain in silence. Healing is possible, and I’m honored to support you in finding peace, purpose, and connection along the way.
