I offer both in-person sessions and secure telehealth options. My physical office is centrally located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood at 789 N. Sherman St., providing a welcoming space for face-to-face sessions, while telehealth allows for flexible care from anywhere in Colorado.
-
Not at all. While I specialize in these powerful frameworks, our therapy is entirely collaborative. Therapy is most effective when you feel a strong, safe connection with your counselor. I offer a complimentary initial consultation call so we can chat briefly, discuss what you are looking for, and determine if we are a good match before booking a full session.
-
I highly recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card before our first session. Ask them: "What are my behavioral health benefits for outpatient office visits?" and verify whether you have a copay or a deductible to meet.
-
I maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged the standard $150 session fee.
